Welcome to Screencaps, “America’s Best Daily Column,” as named by the readers. Screencaps, which publishes seven-days-a-week, is a mix of sports, pop culture, and emails from sane readers from around the world. This column isn’t for the coastal elites. Give us a week to steal your heart. Our track record is pretty good. Let’s have some fun.

Carmen Electra kicks off Halloween

I didn’t have Carmen, 54, doing vampire content at a gas station on my bingo card this morning, but here we are with Halloween week officially kicking off for Screencaps with one of the legends who still understands the content game.

She might not be in the trenches on a daily basis, but Electra still understands how to play the hits. Back in September, she was doing content for Buffalo Wild Wings where she was fake eating chicken wings. That was smart.

Now here we go with Halloween content from Drew Decker in Scary Movie. This is Carmen’s Super Bowl week. BUCKLE UP.

It’s time to take the pulse of Screencaps readers on this subject. Are you still enjoying Pat content? Has ESPN oversaturated Pat content? Or, are you completely out on Pat content?

I’ve been at so many Saturday morning soccer games and cross country events that I don’t see the college football pregame shows, so I don’t care about this one way or the other, but it’s a brewing topic with many Big Js doing whatever it takes to crush the guy.

Where do you stand on Pat?

Speaking of college football, did you see this flop last night?

You have to give him credit for the sell job.

Quick hitters?

• I don’t know how Tennessee fans do it. One week you’re beating Alabama and celebrating like it’s the 1998 national championship. There are dreams of making a CFB playoffs run. The next week you’re losing to the unranked Cocks. Pure misery.

• Speaking of misery, Michigan football is right where it deserves to be. If Ohio State loses to this team, it will go down as one of the worst losses in the series in program history. I don’t care if it’s a battle of freshmen QBs.

LANORRIS SELLERS’ ACROBATICS, LATE FUMBLE RECOVERY HELP GIVE SOUTH CAROLINA WALK-OFF WIN OVER TENNESSEE

• My buddy has been BEGGING me to go on a road trip to see USC play for the last month. His big trip idea was to go see them play Indiana. I haven’t heard from him since last night’s loss to Wisconsin. Kudos to Lincoln Riley for having that massive contract with a massive buyout. Some donor may just be dumb enough to pay it.

Mailbag: Americans serving their kids Dump Dinners

• Greg in Nebraska writes: I hope Junior had a good race today.

I will start with dump meals. Raise your kids like you want to. Dump your food on the table or don’t. Makes no difference to me. But consider what kind of kid you want when making that decision. Do you want kids who are well mannered and will make you proud when you are out. Or do you want kids that will be a beast when out and decide to dump their Mac& cheese on granny’s floor because that’s what we do. If you show them how to do it right and expect that behavior, that’s what you will get. Show them chaos and laugh at it, that is what you will get. And it won’t be just at meals. You will get that every where for everything. Give them a good example and expect them to follow it and you are more likely to have kids that other people won’t call heathens.

Regarding the National Anthem, I am not surprised or upset by the WNBA. I expect it from them. What does bother me is our high school football team did not come out for it all year. They have gone back to the lockers and wait and talk and get the last minute keys to the game or whatever motivational words to fire them up to victory while the band plays The Anthem. Then the team gets to come through the banner and the smoke for a grand entrance. I sent an email to the athletic director expressing that I was not happy about it. I thought it was teaching kids to be unpatriotic and sends a bad message to the kids. Needless to say they did not care. So last night was the last time that happened for the year. Just curious if other high school teams have decided to skip it too.

ZERO BS. JUST DAKICH. TAKE THE DON’T @ ME PODCAST ON THE ROAD. DOWNLOAD NOW!

Have a good working weekend.

Kinsey: The race is actually today. With SeanJo off on some vacation time and nothing else to do in a hotel room, it just makes sense to pound out Sunday Screencaps.

That’s it for me this morning. Now it’s time to go racing. Two miles. It’s a flat course for Screencaps Jr. It’s time to see if he can put up a new personal record and if this team can compete for a state title.
