The books have New Jersey as a home favorite, and the reason is in net. Hellebuyck is 2-0-0 with a 1.50 goals-against average and a .923 save percentage since joining the Devils. Edmonton’s Tristan Jarry has two shutouts and a 4-1-2 record, but his .901 save percentage leaves less room for error. New Jersey also won the last meeting 2-1 in January, and the under is priced at -125.
That’s the case for the Devils. The case for Edmonton is simpler: no team in the league has two forwards like McDavid and Draisaitl.
