The Ranchhouse D Western Red Cedar Wood Storage Shed by Cedarshed is only $11,793.24 on Wayfair’s website.
That price point is down from an original listing of $12,477.52.
Dimensions for the tiny home are also 177 inches in height by 192 inches in width, and 144 inches in diameter.
Two other size options are also available, but prices will vary.
Along with its country-style wood finish, the prefabricated tiny home is built with a five-foot-wide double door and seven-foot-tall walls.
That means whether it’s furniture, tools, or any large items, there will be space to house or store them.
A total storage capacity is listed at 1,042 cubic feet.
SOME ASSEMBLY REQUIRED
There’s also a small front porch area that extends about four feet wide and 12 feet across.
Other inclusions are two windows, flower boxes for windowsills at the front of the structure, shutters, shingles, flooring, and ventilation.
Customers who purchase the Ranchhouse D Western Red Cedar Wood Storage Shed will need to provide their own foundation for the build and door locks.
Those who get it delivered will also receive assembly and hardware plans, along with the roof panels being pre-shingled.
Wayfair advises that at least three people complete the assembly, with additional tools like a power drill, hammer, measuring tape, clamps, and a ladder being necessary.
The ranch home also comes with a one-year warranty.
It can be delivered for free to those who order it by May 23, but exact dates will depend on location and other factors.

BUILD IT UP
At least two customers who already bought the tiny home have raved about it in five-star reviews on Wayfair’s site.
“This cedar shed is perfect as an additional bunk house/office for our vacation/remote work location,” a California-based buyer, Jennifer, wrote.
Jennifer also advised that interested consumers pay a little extra to have a local contractor complete the assembly.
“This is the second shed I have purchased from Wayfair, and it went together well, and the porch looks great,” a Vancouver buyer, Craig, added.
“Love it.”
Craig completed the assembly mostly himself with assistance from a neighbor.
Amazon and Walmart also offer tiny home projects that have been getting serious attention recently.
A $13,000 build from Amazon, for example, is “self-sufficient” and fits in the back of a garden.
Walmart is also selling an “exquisite” tiny home for $14,999 with a kitchen and bathroom made from “high-quality” pine.
