WW3 fears explode as Vladimir Putin puppet warns NATO ally: 'Russia has no more red lines'

Former Russian President and staunch Vladimir Putin ally Dmitry Medvedev has warned NATO that Moscow has “no more red lines” for the country.

Medvedev, who currently serves as deputy chairman of Russia’s Security Council, issued the warning to Paris in a post on X, formerly Twitter, on Thursday.

It came after French President Emmanuel Macron reaffirmed his country’s commitment to support Ukraine’s war effort against Vladimir Putin’s forces, at a meeting with fellow party leaders to discuss the situation in Ukraine, Le Monde reported.

According to the outlet, following the meeting, French Communist Party National Secretary Fabien Roussel said the French President had expressed how “France’s position has changed” regarding the conflict, and that “there are no more red lines, there are no more limits.”

Medvedev addressed the reported comments directly on social media and issued his latest warning to European allies of Kyiv.

The comments were supported by some NATO allies, while Moscow declared that such a move could lead to a direct conflict between the military alliance and Russia.

Macron later clarified his comments, telling Czech news publication Novinky.cz: “In response to one question I was asked about sending troops, I said that nothing is out of the question.”

“This does not mean that we are considering the possibility of sending French troops to Ukraine in the near future, but we are starting discussions and thinking about everything that can be done to support Ukraine, especially on Ukrainian territory,” the French leader said in the interview, published in part on Monday.

Medvedev, who was Russia’s President between 2008 and 2012, has made several inflammatory remarks towards Ukraine’s allies during Russia-Ukraine conflict, including threats of unleashing nuclear war.
