World’s richest YouTuber with £1 billion net worth – more than Jake Paul and PewDiePie

YouTube has become as much of our daily lives as eating breakfast or having a good nighttime routine – but who would you say is the YouTuber with the highest net worth?

You’d likely guess it was someone like Jake Paul, who originally became famous on the now-defunct platform ‘Vine,’ where he had millions of followers. Following Vine’s demise, he moved over to YouTube, where he continued to thrive by posting prank and music videos.

Or maybe it would be someone like PewDiePie, who is well known for his gaming videos, with his original video on the platform garnering over 21 million views.

But no, despite the fact they both earn substantial amounts of money, they are not the YouTubers with the highest net worths. In fact, the richest YouTuber’s net worth is more than Jake Paul and PewDiePie’s together.

The richest YouTuber is worth a staggering billion, which is the type of money many people are unable to comprehend. Still incredibly rich, but not as rich as the most well-off YouTuber, Jake Paul’s net worth is $80 million (£65m).

Similarly, PewDiePie is worth $45 million, so the pair have a total net worth of $120 million. But who is the YouTuber who is topping the list by far, sitting on a gigantic empire and winning the hearts of the world?

Jake Paul has a whopping 20.9 million subscribers, PewDiePie has 110 million, but the richest YouTuber boasts a staggering 344 million.

Have you figured out who it is yet? Well, if you guessed Mr Beast, also known as Jimmy Donaldson, then you are correct, as he is the one who takes the crown of the world’s richest YouTuber with his whopping net worth.

Mr Beast originally found viral fame when he completed tough challenge videos, and a video of him counting to 100,000 made waves across YouTube after taking 40 hours to complete. He is particularly popular with young people.

Mr Beast also enjoys giving back, giving large sums of money to people, and many enjoy the philanthropy angle of his videos. He’s also allegedly offered to buy TikTok to save it from getting banned in America – a move that was popular with many.
