Very bad judgment: New York State is wrong to elect judges



Via early voting, more than 700,000 ballots have been cast in the five boroughs. Millions more citizens will cast their ballots Tuesday or have already voted by mail. They and fellow New Yorkers across the state will help decide who serves in the U.S. House, the Senate, the presidency — and as judges on all kinds of benches.
