An accused drunk driver was in police custody after barreling head-on into an FDNY ladder truck on a Queens street early Sunday.

An accused drunk driver behind the wheel of a white panel van crashed head-on into a FDNY truck on Jamaica Ave. and 115th St. on Sunday. (Theodore Parisienne for New York Daily News)
Jimmy Lealecheverria, 41, crashed a van into Ladder 143 at the corner of 115th St. and Jamaica Ave. in Richmond Hill shortly after 6 a.m., authorities allege.
Three firefighters and the van driver were hospitalized with minor injuries, FDNY officials said.
Lealecheverria, of Harrison, N.J., was charged with driving while intoxicated.
