A report of unclaimed funds has been made to the Comptroller of the State of New York pursuant to Section 1316 of the Abandoned Property Law of the State of New York. A list of the names of the persons appearing from the records of the said company to be entitled thereto is in on file and open to public inspection at the principal
office of the corporation located at [email protected], STATE FARM INSURANCE COMPANY, PO BOX 26090, OVERLAND PARK, KS 66225-6090 where such abandoned property is payable. Such unclaimed funds will be paid by us on or before 08/31/2024 to persons establishing to our satisfaction their right to receive the same. On or before 09/10/2024, such funds still remaining unclaimed will be paid to the Comptroller of the State of New York. Upon such payment, this Company shall no longer be liable for the property.
