A report of unclaimed funds has been made to the Comptroller of the State of New York pursuant to Section 302 of the Abandoned Property Law of the State of New York. A list of the names of the persons appearing from the records of the said company to be entitled thereto is on file and open to public inspection at the office of Capital One Abandoned Property Department, P.O. Box 85135, Richmond, VA 23285 where such abandoned property is payable. Please send inquiries to: [email protected]. Such unclaimed funds will be paid by us on or before 10/31/2024 to persons establishing to our satisfaction their right to receive the same. On or before 11/10/2024, such funds still remaining unclaimed will be paid to the Comptroller of the State of New York. Upon such payment, this Company shall no longer be liable for the property.
