The persons whose names and last known addresses are set forth below appear from the records of the above-named company to be entitled to abandoned property in amounts of fifty dollars or more.
A report of unclaimed amounts of money or other property held or owing will be made to the Comptroller of the State of New York pursuant to Section 302 of the Abandoned Property Law of the State of New York and that a listing of names of persons appearing to be entitled is on file and open to public inspection. Inquiries call 1-800-935-9935 or fax 225-332-7707. Such unclaimed funds will be paid by us on or before October 31, 2024 to persons
establishing to our satisfaction their right to receive the same. On or before November 10, 2024, such funds still remaining unclaimed will be paid to the Comptroller of the State of New York. Upon such payment, this Company shall no longer be liable for the property.
