NOTICE OF NAMES OF PERSONS APPEARING AS OWNERS OF CERTAIN UNCLAIMED PROPERTY HELD BY BANK OF AMERICA OR THE APPROPRIATE AFFILIATE/ SUBSIDIARY THAT IS THE HOLDER OF THE PROPERTY — THE FOLLOWING PERSONS APPEAR ON OUR RECORDS, WHICH ENTITLE THEM TO UNCLAIMED PROPERTY CONSISTING OF CASH IN THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY DOLLARS OR MORE:
A report of unclaimed property will be made to the Comptroller of the State of New York, pursuant to Article III of the Abandoned Property Law. A list of the names contained in such notice is on file and open to public inspection at the principal office located at Elements Financial Federal Credit Union, 225 South East Street, Suite 300, Indianapolis, IN 46202, where such abandoned property is payable. Abandoned property will be paid on or before October 31, 2024 to persons establishing to its satisfaction their right to receive the same; and that in the succeeding month of November, and on or before the tenth day thereof, such unclaimed moneys or other property still remaining will be paid or delivered to the state comptroller and that it shall thereupon cease to be the liability
of Elements Financial Federal Credit Union.
