A devastating Russian attack launched on September 3 on the eastern Ukrainian city of Poltava has killed at least 41 people and injured more than 180 Ukrainians, the country’s president said.
Initial reports claimed Russia launched two ballistic missiles against the city, hitting an educational institution and a neighbouring medical facility.
The building of the Military Institute of Communications was also partially destroyed, according to Volodymyr Zelensky.
