Despite his viral onstage performance at one of Taylor Swift’s summer shows, Travis Kelce’s cameo was noticeably left out of his girlfriend’s “Eras Tour Book.”
The book, released exclusively at Target on Friday, promised to give fans an “official retrospective” filled with personal reflections, behind-the-scenes photos and “all the magical memories” of each night.
Given that guarantee, many who promptly got their hands on the book where surprised to see Kelce’s performance was nowhere to be found in its 256 pages.
In June, the 35-year-old Super Bowl champ donned a tuxedo and top hat when he appeared during the Grammy winner’s “Tortured Poets Department” set during one of her sold-out London shows — videos of which quickly spread like wildfire online.
“I’m surprised Travis’ performance onstage is not in the book,” tweeted one user upon noting the omission.
Others pondered whether the book was given the green light to go to print before Kelce’s cameo, though one fan surmised a surprise songs page meant the book wasn’t finished until at least the end of July.
Amid the online chatter, some fans were shaking their heads over everyone’s disappointment.
“In what world would a man be randomly featured in a book about her tour?” one person asked, to which another said, “They’re so annoying, like can we celebrate her career for a sec pls?”
As the discussion continued, one report surfaced that Kelce was absent from the book entirely. But eagle-eye fans did spot him in at least one behind-the-scenes photo, sitting to the side as Swift rehearsed with her dancers.
“Travis made the book!!!” one fan excitedly tweeted. “Just a man supporting his [woman] at her rehearsals.”

Swift announced the project in mid-October as a way to “commemorate the memories we made together in a special way.” Along with the book, she revealed a vinyl and CD edition of “TTPD: The Anthology” would also be released by Target.
The booked dropped Friday, just more than a week before Swift’s record-breaking tour will take its final bow on Dec. 8 in Vancouver.
