Travis Kelce confirms offseason plans to head to major event after Chiefs star skipped Met Gala with Taylor Swift

TRAVIS KELCE has confirmed his offseason plans with an appearance at the Tight End University.

The Kansas City Chiefs star founded the three-day program along with George Kittle and Greg Olsen.

Kelce, 35, is expected to check out this year’s event, which will run from June 23 to 26 in Nashville, Tennessee.

His future appearance was confirmed by TEU with a picture of the tight end on their Instagram account.

The post was captioned: “We are soooooo back.”

TEU also confirmed that Olsen and Kittle will also be making appearances.

The program will consist of film study, drills, recovery and more for players.

The TEU website states it gives attendees the opportunity to “bond, collaborate with, and learn amongst their peers.”

Kelce will take time out of his offseason with pop star partner Taylor Swift to appear.

The couple have been lying low while there has been no NFL action.

They skipped the glamorous Met Gala in New York on Monday night.

It has been reported by People that they were occupied elsewhere on the road during the event.

A source has said the couple are “travelling nonstop and very much enjoy it”.

They added: “They are making the most of their time off together.

“They are hanging out with friends, too. It’s a special time for them.”

The pair have been spotted at times during this offseason with Kelce joining his partner for dinner in New York,

They have also enjoyed a skiing trip to Montana.

It followed rumours that he could be set to retire from the NFL after the Chiefs’ Super Bowl loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.

However, he has since confirmed that he will be back for his 13th season.
