TransUnion to pay out $23m in credit report settlement – you don’t need to do anything to get cash

THOUSANDS of Americans are set to receive a one-time payment as part of a $23 million credit report settlement.

And, those who think they could be in line to receive a payment do not have to submit a claim form. 

The payout is related to claims that bosses at TransUnion didn’t resolve disputes properly.

Chiefs haven’t admitted to any wrongdoing but have agreed to the payout. 

But, the settlement is only available to Americans who receive a document, known as a 502 letter.

So, Americans have been encouraged to check their mail.
