A horrified worker made a gruesome discovery on a popular Florida beach, finding a human head washed up on the shore. The grim find sparked a major police investigation.
The worker, who was raking the beach around 8.30am on Tuesday morning, immediately called 911. Miami-Dade Police Department confirmed the head was human and quickly cordoned off the area with tape and traffic cones as they began their investigation.
The identity of the individual remains unknown, reports the Mirror.
