The final round of the blind auditions was shown on The Voice UK this evening as will.i.am, Sir Tom Jones, Meghan Trainor and Olly Murs completed their teams of 10 before the battle rounds next week. Throughout the episode, viewers were divided over which contestants progressed in the competition but it was trio Evergreen who sparked the biggest reaction on social media.
Evergreen, a trio of singers from Donegal, took to the stage in the hope of one of the judges turning for them.
Fortunately for the group, it didn’t take long for will.i.am to press the red button and turn his chair.
In fact, it took a matter of seconds with the Black Eyed Peas star turning his chair as soon as the guitar intro began.
Will was the only coach to turn his chair for the trio but Sir Tom revealed he was gutted he couldn’t have the group join his team.

However, those tuning into the show this evening weren’t impressed with will’s move and took to Twitter to express their fury.
“Wtf!?!?! Is he actually serious? How can he turn before they’ve even sang a note? Yet the woman before sang her heart out and was 50x better and didn’t get one single turn?!? #thevoiceuk,” one viewer wrote.
Another added: “Exactly he didn’t even give them a chance to get a note out before hitting his button like really.. #thevoiceuk #thevoiceuk.”
A third shared: “Um yeah. This time he pressed before they started. Feels like it’s rigged to me #thevoiceuk.”
Meanwhile, Claudillea Holloway, 24, from Cambridgeshire, blew the judges and viewers away with her incredible vocals.
She sang Queen of the Night and Meghan was quick to turn her chair for her, however, she faced competition from Olly Murs.
“That young lady will be a star #opera #TheVoiceUK,” one viewer wrote.
Another added: “Wow! Goosebumps and chicken skin! Cordelia was amazing. #TheVoiceUK. Yes, @Meghan_Trainor get that collab single out with her!”
