The record-breaking gymnast gave fans a look into her life outside of athletics with the bold selfie.

Biles showed off in a brown bikini and covered up with a similarly colored collared shirt.
She tagged the picture with Arizona as the location.
Biles is enjoying some time off before she takes on a big responsibility in a new sport.
She was chosen as the Riders Up announcer for this year’s Kentucky Derby.

Fellow gymnast Olivia Dunne will also be present for the big race day.
She will call the Riders Up ahead of the Kentucky Oaks.
While Biles gets ready for her ceremonial duties, she has been given another major honor.
Alongside five other athletes, Biles has been named to Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People list.
The five other athletes to make the list are Jalen Hurts, Leon Marchand, Serena Williams, Breanna Stewart, and Napheesa Collier.
Biles was named in the Titans portion of the list alongside Williams.
“Simone Biles is a gem — one of a kind, forged by relentless hard work and polished by her own determination. She shines with a brilliance that sets her apart,” Biles’ teammate Aly Raisman said of her.
“Simone dominates gymnastics, performing skills that push beyond what was once thought possible.
“Her routines are so difficult, my teammates and I used to joke that we were all competing for second place.
“Even as the GOAT, she continues to push herself—defying the very notion of limits. With five signature skills, she has etched her name into the sport.”
‘Mother hen’ Biles
Simone Biles’ first coach Aimee Boorman exclusively told The U.S. Sun that she thinks Biles will be spurred by a new role this year.
“Having younger teammates benefits her because she has stepped in as the mother hen figure,” said Aimee.
“And so she has to tell them to stay calm. You’ve got this. You’re prepared. And so as she’s saying it, she’s also hearing it.
“You always have tiny kids that come into the gym, but they’re never ripped like Simone was,” she said.
“I know she was very self-conscious about it growing up. But from a coaching perspective, it was great.
“I didn’t think that Simone would be a multi gold medal athlete straight away.
“But she did stand out because she was very tiny, but very muscular.”
