ONE of the NFL’s best wide receivers has been released into free agency.
Super Bowl champion Cooper Kupp has been cut by the Los Angeles Rams.

The Rams attempted to trade Kupp this offseason, but were unable to cut a deal with any team.
Instead, they are letting him walk and choose whatever team he likes in free agency.
Kupp is nothing short of a Rams legend, producing one of the best seasons in NFL history in 2021.
On his way to a Super Bowl win with the team, Kupp hauled in 1,947 yards with 16 touchdowns.
He led the league in yards, touchdowns, and receptions, winning the triple crown.
Kupp was named to the Pro Bowl, All-Pro First Team, and won Offensive Player of the Year that season.
He was also named Super Bowl LVI MVP for his performance in that game.
In his eight year career, Kupp racked up 7,776 yards with 57 touchdowns for the Rams.
However, in 2025 he will play his first season with a new team.
NFL fans flocked to social media after his release to try predicting who Kupp will play for this season.
“Gonna look so good in a Browns uniform,” one fan said.
“COME PLAY WITH JUSTIN HERBERT!!” another fan said.
“Whoever gets him is lucky,” a third fan said.
“Patriots should scoop him up. Them or the Lions,” a fourth fan said.
“Chiefs Kingdom, what do you say? I think we would gladly accept Cooper Kupp!” a fifth fan said.

The Rams were able to release Kupp after making a major signing in free agency.
They brought in former New York Jet Davante Adams on a two-year deal.
Los Angeles now has a receiving corps of Puka Nacua and Adams, something that will be scary for opposing defenses.
With Matthew Stafford remaining on the Rams roster, the team should be capable of making a playoff run.
