Stacey Dooley, 32, appeared to suggest she doesn’t give a “f**k” as she posted an unapologetic message in view of her 729,000 Instagram followers. The Strictly Come Dancing champion shared a quote on her Instagram story, which read: “She loves herself enough not to give a f**k if they love her or not.” Stacey’s post comes after reports have suggested the star is currently involved in a romance with her former professional dance partner Kevin Clifton, 36. The pair, who met on last year’s series of the BBC show, were recently pictured together backstage at WWE.
They smiled for cameras at the event, while joking around together with belts hanging over their shoulders.
The couple-style snap was shared by WWE UK’s Instagram account with their 117,000 followers.
Stacey also made an appearance to support Kevin during his Burn The Floor tour last month.
The couple marked the moment by posing for a sweet photo together.
The snap, which was shared on both of their Instagram stories, showed the duo locked in a cosy embrace, as Kevin threw his arm around Stacey’s shoulders.
The documentary filmmaker appeared to reciprocate the dancer’s affectionate display as she grasped onto his hand.
Earlier this month, a source told The Sun that Stacey and Kevin had “moved in together” just weeks after they seemed to confirm their relationship.
The insider explained: “Stacey needed somewhere else to live.
“Kevin has been really relaxed about letting her stay and so far it’s working really well,
“Stacey is not sure whether she’ll stay for good but for now it’s a good place for her to set up base.”
Express.co.uk has contacted representatives for Stacey and Kevin asking for comment and for confirmation about whether they are dating.
Stacey and Kevin were first linked romantically when the star’s ex-boyfriend Sam Tucknott, 30, explosively suggested the presenter had decided to move on with Kevin following their split.
He told The Mail on Sunday about a moment after the break-up when he spotted a text message from Kevin on Stacey’s phone.
Sam also claimed he confronted the ballroom and latin expert via a video call.
He recalled to the publication: “He went white. I just stuck it on him, ‘You’re an absolute rat, how you conducted yourself. Just a slippery, slimy snake.’
“He didn’t say a word. He looked petrified. He looked so shocked.”
Stacey addressed the rumours on Twitter, telling her 291,000 followers: “Anyone with any adult life experience knows there are 2 sides to every story. I haven’t got the time or energy to correct some of the utter nonsense I’ve read on here.
“Re Sam, I loved him v much and only wish him happiness and success going forward.”(sic.)
