Shoppers run to Aldi for Laneige lip sleeping mask dupe that scans for $5.49 – and they’re saving nearly $20

ALDI are well-known for their wallet-friendly dupes of viral products, whether that’s Kylie Jenner‘s Lip Kit or a cheaper version of Dyson tools.

Now, the popular German discount retailer has expanded its in-house beauty range – Lacura – even further with the launch of a Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask dupe.

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, chances are you’ve come across the soft pout essential that everyone and their mother seem to be raving about.

Available in six gorgeous shades, including Peach Iced Tea and Sweet Candy, the lip mask has taken the internet by storm.

Powered by Korean skincare, the on-leave lip masks promises to soften your lips while delivering intense moisture and antioxidants – all in your sleep.

The trending beauty product is enriched with Berry Fruit Complex, Murumuru Seed, and Shea butter that helps nourish and deliver long-lasting moisture.

However, as trending as the lip must-have may be, it’s certainly not the most affordable option for millions of cash-strapped beauty buffs – setting you back an eye-watering $24 for a small 20g tub.

Thankfully, Aldi have just launched their very own version of the cult favorite product – and by picking the dupe, Americans will save almost $20.

Unlike the posh lip essential, Lacura Overnight Lip Mask retails for just $5.49, and customers can snap up the treatment in Berry, as well as Vanilla.

The epic price has already become a major hit online, with customers giving the affordable make-up bag essential rave reviews.

One shopper, Jennifer Embry Irwin, dubbed the lip mask ”amazing”, after snapping up both of the shades.

She told fellow Facebook users: ”My lips were very smooth when I woke up this morning.”

Another member of the popular ALDI Aisle of Shame Community
commented under the post: ”I’ve used it 2 nights in a row and it’s helped with my cracked lips so fast!”

Someone else chimed in: ”It’s an exact dupe for Laniege lip sleeping mask and it’s amazing.

”It even comes with the little lip spatula to put it on just the like Laniege one!”

Aldi Policies

Aldi has several store policies customers should remain aware of. The U.S. Sun has compiled a short list for shoppers’ next trip to their local store.

  • Customers pay one-quarter for a cart and can get the coin back once they return it to the proper spot.
  • There are no baggers and customers typically bag their groceries or cashiers offer assistance.
  • Aldi places products in aisles with the same packaging they were shipped in by vendors to save customers money.
  • Full refunds and exchanges are given through Aldi’s Twice as Nice policy on all Aldi-brand items customers aren’t satisfied with.
  • No plastic bags are sold at any Aldi store.
  • Reusable and paper bags are offered to customers.

A fourth also couldn’t stop raving about the budget buy: ”I love the overnight lip masks.

”I used the Berry one the other night and was quite satisfied with how my lips felt when I woke up the next day.

”I haven’t used the vanilla one yet- but I have a feeling I will be equally satisfied. I cannot recommend them enough.”

There’s also the Lacura Liquid Blush in Peachy Pink, Pink Lace, Orchid Pink, and Radiant Rose, all $4.99 each.

Lacura also sells SPF 70 Sunscreen Spray for $5.45 per can.

That’s a staggering price difference compared to similar 70 SPF options from brands like Sun Bum, sold at Target for $17.49.

However, like with most Aldi buys you will have to act quick if you want to give these a go – because once they’re gone, they’re gone.
