Reddit was ablaze recently by fear that Sephora has discontinued its range of lip liners.
The popular brand brought out 24 retractable lip liners in a range of colors that fans fell in love with.
One person on the thread r/Sephora even threatened to “boycott” the company over the decision.
The caption on the initial post said: “Yall I’m literally gonna crash out.. I think they discontinued the sephora lip liners??
“The 24 retractable ones.. rosewood is my go to perfect brown. and they’re just perfectly creamy, last a long time and go on so easily.
“AND SO AFFORDABLE!!!!!! does anyone know if they’re going to bring them back??”
In a state of panic, people rushed to the comments to express their grief.
One person said: “OMG I just ordered a new rouge gel lip liner a month ago and just checked and they are gone now honestly they were the best affordable lipliners.”

But the truth was then revealed, and it means that Sephora users can once again rest easy.
One comment seemingly confirmed that while the lip liners are gone for the moment, it won’t stay that way.
If this savvy shopper is to be believed, the lip liners are simply being repackaged, and even worked on.
One comment confirmed: “The lip liners are only being repackaged as they have done with the eyeshadows and lip glosses.
“There is no ETA when they’ll be in stock again, but they will come back.”
Their Reddit tag confirmed that they are a current Sephora employee, giving credit to her claim.
Another person backed up this theory, adding that the lip liners are being improved.
