Recent reports indicate that Rodgers could base his free agency decision on the NFL schedule.

Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk made an appearance on 93.7 The Fan where he revealed a theory about Rodgers’ signing.
He reported that Rodgers is waiting for the NFL to release the schedules before signing.
Rodgers reportedly doesn’t want the Steelers to have multiple primetime games early in the season.
There’s no telling if he will retire if he doesn’t see a schedule he likes, but it is another rumor added to the pile with Rodgers this offseason.
Pretty much all signs point towards him being a Steeler if he does stay in the league.
He’s taken flights to visit Mike Tomlin in Pittsburgh and had a training session with wide receiver DK Metcalf.
Even after all of this, Rodgers hasn’t signed with the team.
There is more speculation that the Steelers are continuing to shape their roster in order to please Rodgers.
On Wednesday, the team traded away George Pickens to the Dallas Cowboys in a shocking move.
Pittsburgh sports insider Andrew Fillipponi shared on 93.7 The Fan shared that he thought Rodgers never wanted to play with Pickens.
“I don’t think Aaron Rodgers wanted to play with George Pickens,” he said.
“I don’t think it’s a coincidence that he went and threw to DK Metcalf; he did not throw to George Pickens.
“In interviews about coming to the Steelers never once mentioned Pickens…
“Given the way Aaron Rodgers interacted last year with guys like Garrett Wilson and Mike Wilson — knowing the personality of George Pickens — Rodgers would have thrown him off the practice field one week into training camp in Latrobe.”
NFL fans have split opinions about Rodgers’ reported schedule demands, and shared those thoughts on social media.
