Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs selling LA mansion, leaving town after federal raids

Sean “Diddy” Combs is selling his Los Angeles mansion — and reportedly wants out of town for good — months after Homeland Security raided the property as part of a federal sex trafficking probe.

The hip-hop mogul, 54, is attempting to sell his pad for $70 million, a decade after he purchased it for $40 million, sources with direct knowledge told TMZ on Wednesday.

The Bad Boy Records founder reportedly has no intention of finding another residence in the area.

Currently, Combs is predominantly based out of Miami — where feds raided another of his homes in March — but was spotted river rafting in Jackson Hole, Wyoming over the weekend, according to the outlet.

In May, two months after the raids, CNN published 2016 hotel surveillance footage that showed Combs brutally beating then-girlfriend, R&B singer Cassie Ventura. Combs admitted to and apologized for the assault shortly thereafter, noting he “was disgusted then” when he did it and is “disgusted now.”

Ventura, 37, sued Combs in November, accusing him of years of rape, sex trafficking and physical abuse. The suit was settled the following day but followed by other accusers filing their own lawsuits against Combs, alleging sexual assault, harassment and drugging.

In late May, a source told CNN that Combs could soon face a federal indictment as potential witnesses were being prepared to testify before a grand jury in New York City.

In the wake of the lawsuits and surveillance video, the Harlem native returned New York’s honorary Key to the City, which he was awarded in September.

In formal letters addressed to Combs’ New York and L.A. offices in June, Mayor Adams requested he hand over the key, noting he was “deeply disturbed” by what he saw in the footage and that Combs is no longer considered “a model for fellow and future New Yorkers.”

And just last week in Miami Beach, the city revoked its honorary “Sean Diddy Combs Day,” originally awarded to the music mogul in 2016.
