NFL quarterback Wilson swapped the Pittsburgh Steelers for the New York Giants earlier this month.
And his wife of nine years Ciara looked a million dollars as she hit the red carpet at the event in Napa, California.
The singer, 39, rocked a gorgeous strapless gown, pairing the look with huge white high heels.
Wilson, 37, opted for a classic black suit and shades as the pair posed for snaps at the bash in Sonoma County.
“So Grateful! $3million raised last night with this beautiful lady,” Wilson wrote on X after the event.
‘Our Why Not You Foundation and The V Foundation came together this weekend for ‘Victory Over Cancer'”.
Wilson and Ciara founded the Why Not You foundation in 2014.
“We have now raised more than $13 million at Sonoma Epicurean since its start in 2022 to fund research that leads to breakthrough discoveries,” said Shane Jacobson, CEO of the V Foundation.
“Our sponsors, attendees, and so many members of the local community come together each year in Sonoma County with a singular goal: to accelerate Victory Over Cancer.
“Together, we’re providing world-class scientists with the resources to continue pursuing bold ideas that will impact patient lives for generations to come.”
Wilson left the Steelers earlier this month after just one season with the franchise.
The 36-year-old has since joined up with the Giants on a one-year deal.
His contract is worth $21.5million including incentives, with $10.5m guaranteed.
Wilson “expects to be the starter” for Big Blue, who have the third overall pick in the upcoming NFL Draft.
“I expect to be the starter and come in here and be ready to rock and roll every day,” Wilson vowed.
“I think this team’s really looking for somebody to lead them in every way.
“I’m focused on winning, what I can do as a quarterback of the New York Giants to help us win and to do everything that we can to lead.”
Wilson is a ten-time Pro Bowler and spent the majority of his career with the Seattle Seahawks.
He won a Super Bowl ring with Seattle in 2014, before joining the Denver Broncos in 2022.
Wilson married Ciara in 2016, with the pair welcoming their third child Amora last fall.
