Nadal, who has won 18 Grand Slam titles, will play two matches at the prestigious venue.
He will be joined by the likes of Maria Sharapova, Kevin Anderson, Marcos Baghdatis and Nick Kyrgios.
Rafael Nadal will face Marin Cilic on Wednesday, June 26.
He will then take on Lucas Pouille two days later, facing the Frenchman on Friday, June 28.
It comes as part of the Aspall Tennis Classic which is an exhibition tournament held each year.
Nadal had previously revealed he did not intend on playing a grass court tournament before Wimbledon.
It comes after he won a record 12th French Open, beating Dominic Thiem in four sets.
The Spaniard had said: “I know I played a great event last year. I have been able to be very close to win another title there.
“As everybody knows, I love to play on grass. And as everybody knows, I am not able to play so many weeks in a row like I did 10 years ago, eight years ago. So I have to do my schedule.
“The last two years that I played in Wimbledon, I felt close again. Even though I lost to Gilles Muller in 2017, I played great tennis there too.
“I was very close to being in the quarter-finals, and last year I was one point away from the final.
“So I will not play before Wimbledon, of course. I felt competitive the last couple of years, so why do I need to change that?
“What gives me a better chance is being healthy more than playing a lot of matches before.”
But now it has been confirmed that he will play at Hurlingham.
Nadal said: “I am always happy to play at The Hurlingham Club and be close to UK tennis fans.
“It is a prestigious ground in one of the best settings in the UK, making it the perfect way to warm up for Wimbledon.”
