PRINCE Harry is “treacherous” and “needs to say sorry” after his explosive interview, experts slam

The Royal dropped some extraordinary bombshells after losing his appeal against the decision to remove his taxpayer-funded security.

He described his court loss as a “good old fashioned establishment stitch up” and also took at swipe at William and Kate.

He claims he was “singled out” by the Palace and hinted that some members would “never forgive him” for his damming memoir Spare, which brands Queen Camilla “dangerous.”

Some heads were turned when Harry insisted he had forgiven his family, with experts slamming the Royal for not apologising himself.

On The Sun’s Royal Exclusive show, Royal author Robert Jobson said: “He’s done so much damage.

“He’s criticised the Queen, the King’s wife.

“He’s attacked his brother, called his brother a bully, and attacked his brother’s wife.

“And then what does he expect?”

Legendary Royal photographer Arthur Edwards added: “And when he had the chance to correct a lot of it, he didn’t do that.”

“He didn’t say ‘look, I probably got that wrong, Dad, and I’m sorry, William.’

“I mean, what he did, it was pretty treacherous.”

‘Thoughtless’ Harry ‘lets his moaning cast shadow over royals’ work’

In the scathing attack, the Duke of Sussex unleashed a host of new claims including how dad Charles is no longer speaking to him and how he’s “uncovered his worst fears”.

He said he would “love reconciliation” with the royal family but claims whether a reconciliation is on the cards will ultimately be up to his father, saying: “It’s in his hands.”

He added: “I have no idea how much longer my father has – he is no longer speaking to me – but it would be nice to reconcile.”

Throughout the interview Harry also hits out at the UK saying he felt “let down” by his country and claims he will no longer be returning to his homeland with his family.

Despite his claims of seeking a reconciliation, Harry insisted he had no regrets even if his family will never forgive him.

Arthur believes if this is what Harry truly wants should have taken a different approach during his interview.

He continued: “If he’d have said in that interview ‘I’m sorry Dad for what I’ve done.’

“I think then the King would have probably said ‘okay let’s have a chat.’

“All he needs to do is say sorry and that he’s not going to do it again, not going to betray the Royal family again – he just got it all wrong.”

Robert pinned the interview as an “emotional outburst” and agreed that the interview was a mistake.

He added: “The big problem with Harry is that even if there was an attempt at a reconciliation with a private conversation, you can’t trust him that those conversations would probably become public.”

The Duke of Sussex said he would “love reconciliation” with the royal family after years of feuding with the family,

It includes a fight with his own brother Prince William, since he and Megan stepped down as working royals in 2020.

In the interview, he said: “There have been so many disagreements between myself and some of my family.”

Now he’s said that he has finally “forgiven” them.

Hopes of reconciliation may be spurred on by Harry’s concerns for his father’s health, sharing: “I don’t know how long he has left.”

He continued: “There is no point in continuing to fight any more.

“Life is precious.”

The feud between the Duke and his family started when he and Meghan Markle announced on January 8, 2020, that they would be stepping down as ‘senior’ members of the Royal Family.

Another tragic revelation in the bombshell interview was when Prince Harry revealed that his father, King Charles, won’t speak to him.

Harry said when making the emotional admission: “He won’t speak to me because of this security stuff.”

Harry and William are also said to be barely on speaking terms.

Shortly after the wave-making interview, the BBC admitted an embarrassing “lapse in standards” over its coverage of Harry’s security case court loss.

The following morning, the BBC flagship current affairs programme Radio 4 stunned listeners in a one-sided interview with former close protection officer Richard Aitch.

In a statement on their website the BBC said: “The programme covered the latest developments in the story of Prince Harry and his legal case around protection for him and his family in the UK and interviewed former close protection officer Richard Aitch to get a broader understanding of security considerations.

They added: “Claims were repeated that the process had been ‘an establishment stitch-up’ and we failed to properly challenge this and other allegations.”
