There are several reasons as to why Tommy would want to shoot Ghost so it’s entirely possible he is to blame.
After growing close to his father Tony Teresi (William Sadler), Tommy was tricked into killing him as Ghost framed him as a snitch.
Tommy was furious he’d been manipulated by Ghost into killing someone in his own family and even more angry as he believed the hopeful politician had killed his girlfriend LaKeisha Grant (La La Anthony).
He found LaKeisha shot and on the floor of their new home on the evening he was set to propose to her.
