Season 2 of the hit Netflix dating show “Perfect Match” drops this week, and the cast is full of the streamer’s reality fan favorites. The highly anticipated series isn’t even out yet, and fans already want to know the fate of their favorite stars from “Love Is Blind,” “Too Hot to Handle” and more.
Let’s take a trip down memory to refresh your memory on the contestants and get an update on where they stand leading into the June 7 “Perfect Match” premiere.
Harry Jowsey
Harry Jowsey is no stranger to dating show. He first appeared on “Heartbreak Island” in 2018, which he won. He then went on to Netflix’ first season of “Too Hot To Handle,” where he gained international recognition and grew his social media following to a whopping 4 million followers on Instagram and 5 million on Tik Tok.
The Australian reality star left “Too Hot to Handle” in a relationship with Francesa Farago, but the couple broke up. He was then romantically linked to fellow “THTH” star Georgia Hassarati after she broke up with Dom Gabriel, who is also on “Perfect Match” season 2.
In April, Jowsey announced in a video shared on Tik Tok that he’d been diagnosed with skin cancer.
“There isn’t really an easy way to say this, but last week I went to a dermatologist to get my skin checked and they found some skin cancer on me,” he said. “I’m gonna be all good, everything’s gonna be ok, but I just wanted to make this post to let you know, summer’s around the corner, please wear sunscreen.”

But cancer didn’t slow Joswey down. He also competed in “Dancing With the Stars” this year, where he finished sixth.
Melinda “Berry” Melrose
A self-proclaimed “queen of sass,” “Too Hot To Handle” season 2 contestant “Berry” Melrose was quick to set the tone, bringing drama and wit to the screen with her “firecracker” personality.
The New York-based model was immediately in a love triangle with cast members Peter Vigilante and Marvin Anthony when the show started.
She ended up choosing Marvin, and the pair spent much of the season together. But Melrose revealed she was “crushed” after they broke up after the show, because long distance and COVID protocols kept them apart.
Melrose later went on to become a reality TV host for Netflix’ “Dated and Related.”
Dom Gabriel
Also entering the chat is “Perfect Match” royalty Dom Gabriel.
Gabriel, who viewers might remember from “The Mole,” is “Perfect Match’s” season 1 winner. He’s back for another round of matchmaking this season after things didn’t work out with Georgia Hassarati.
His “Perfect Match” season 1 co-winner confirmed their break up shortly after the finale.
“We’re not together. He’s amazing and I feel like we tried to see where things could go after the show,” Hassarati told People. “We were just both in very different situations and we’re both from so far away from each other, Australia, Canada.”
Gabriel was recently seen shooting his shot with superstar SZA on Instagram in a post captioned, “When I’m about to get married but I see SZA liked my posts on IG,” implying that he would immediately back out of a relationship to be with the songstress.
It’s unclear if Gabriel is single after the show, but clearly he’s be willing to break up with anyone if his celebrity crush comes calling.
Jessica Vestal
Jessica Vestal made history as the first single mother contestant on season 6 of “Love Is Blind.”
Vestal quickly connected with Jimmy Presnell in the pods, which left her in a love triangle that didn’t end in her favor. After Jimmy broke up with Vestal to be with his other connection, Chelsea Blackwell, she was left blindsided and visibly annoyed.
Jessica didn’t take the breakup news lightly, telling Jimmy he would need an “Epipen” when he saw what she looks like.
“I’m absolutely devastated. I’m more than heartbroken. But you know what? There is going to be something better for me, and it is not you,” Jessica told Jimmy in the pods.
Vestal has a new perspective on the experience now, saying she believes that “rejection truly is redirection.” Will she be redirected to her perfect match on this dating series?
Izzy Zapata
“Love Is Blind” season 5’s Izzy Zapata joins “Perfect Match” after his relationship with Stacey Snyder abruptly ended on the series finale.
Zapata was left at the altar when Snyder decided she didn’t want to move forward with their marriage plans.
Zapata told the Daily News in last October that he had moved on. “I am dating someone now. Exclusively yes,” he said.
It’s possible that relationship started on the upcoming season of “Perfect Match,” which filmed last summer.
Micah Lussier
Micah appeared on season 4 of “Love Is Blind” while the series was in Seattle. The marketing professional was engaged to Paul Peden throughout the season until he unexpected said “I don’t.”
At the reunion, the pair said they had briefly tried getting back together but it hadn’t worked out.
“We did try dating. I think there was a little bit of a rocky foundation from everything that had happened since we didn’t get married,” Lussier told People.
“I did always think that there was a chance we would maybe try things again down the road. But after everything that’s come out, I think that’s kind of not likely.”
Now, Lussier will be among the 22 singles featured in the tropical villa giving love another shot.
“Perfect Match” premieres June 7 on Netflix.
