THE Pat McAfee Show looked very different with a new host on Monday.
Pat McAfee was nowhere to be found on Monday, and a familiar guest took his place as host for the show.

NFL insider Ian Rapoport took over from McAfee for the day, hosting the ESPN show for the first time.
He reflected on NFL Network later in the day.
“I had a great time,” he said.
“Those guys are an absolute blast, filmed three hours talking about sports.
“It’s slightly different from popping in from time to time like we do here.
“But so much love for Pat and the guys and for everyone who let me do it at NFL Network.”
Rapoport had to boast a bit about his performance as a host while speaking to his NFL Network coworkers.
“You see the highlight of me crushing the open,” Rapoport said.
“I would say probably probably the highlight not just for me but for everyone present.
“It was awesome.”
NFL fans loved seeing Rapoport get some screen time and shared their thoughts on social media.
“It was awesome to see you hosting today!” one fan said.
“Absolutely legendary performance Rap!!!” another fan said.
“It was a great show,” a third fan said.

Rapoport isn’t too busy right now as the NFL offseason is in one of its more quiet periods.
Free agency has mostly wrapped up and the NFL Draft isn’t for another month.
If needed, he can probably fill in for McAfee another time.
