Bargain hunters are rushing to their local store to snap up a huge variety of cut-price goodies for their little ones, including adorable teddies and even a kit to create their very own bath bombs.

One savvy saver recently uploaded a post alerting shoppers on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group.

”So many toys reduced In Asda today,” wrote the anonymous Facebook user, before uploading snaps of the bargains they’d spotted.

Some of the toys Asda fans can now get on the cheap include an adorable Stitch plush for a mere £3 down from £6, All-in-one Beauty Make-up Purse for the little beauty lovers for just £3.25 and Peppa’s Bubble Party toy for a fiver.

Meanwhile, those who love bath bombs can now purchase a special DIY kit for just £2.25, down from £4.50, and it comes with all the necessary ingredients for bath time fun.

Parents of the smallest of tots can also get their hands on Wooden Baby Play Set that’s ideal for those 12 months and older.

This is currently on sale for just £6 and perfect to keep the babies occupied as you relax for a minute.

Another shopper had also spotted a Wooden Deluxe Cafe kitchen set that would’ve originally set you back an eye-watering £75.

Thanks to the jaw-dropping price reductions, this mega toy is now retailing for just £18.50 – meaning you’ll get spare change from £20.

The person wrote in the post: ”Scanned at £18.50 in Asda, £75 on the website. the kitchens were reduced from £45 to £12/15, bargain!”

Home Bargains is selling a ‘fantastic aquarium’ and rainbow sprinkler for cheap – it’s great for the warmer weather

The kitchen set, ideal for those three and older, comes with a built-in chalkboard and features over 20 play accessories, including cup and saucer set, cakes and coffee making set.

This bargain find is a must if your little ones loves to play pretend and is sure to be a hit amongst them and their friends in the garden.

With prices skyrocketing and many families struggling to make ends meet, it comes as no surprise that both of the posts have taken the internet by storm.

What to watch out for when buying toys online

HERE are the British Toy and Hobby Association’s top tips for buying toys online:

  1. Shop early. Don’t leave purchases to the last minute rush which might leave you fewer options of where to buy from.
  2. Check out third-party sellers. Look for sellers you recognise and trust. Be cautious of retailers you don’t know and do your research checking reviews and where they’re based.
  3. Go for branded toys. Try and choose a branded toy as then you can compare it to the manufacturer’s own website to check it’s legit.
  4. Be careful of going for the cheapest price. If something looks too good to be true, it probably is.
  5. Check if there are any age restrictions. Make sure you give suitable toys to children based on their age.
  6. Check reviews carefully. Some reviews are fake so look carefully at the comments.
  7. Stay with children at first. When your child opens a toy for the first time, stay with them and check for faults, detachable small parts, access to stuffing and loose or accessible batteries or magnets.

A whopping 300 people gave them a like, as dozens more flooded to comments to tag their friends and family.

One person who had purchased the kitchen set said: ”We paid £37.50 back in feb and it was worth every penny it’s so lovely! What a bargain!”

Someone else chimed in: ”Asda Hyde had them too today.”

A parent, meanwhile, warned: ”Check you have the screws! Mine didn’t come with screws and it’s been nightmare getting in contact with customer service.”

”Time for Xmas shopping,” a fourth was determined to get the presents ready well ahead of the festive season.

Two white teddy bears with red hearts on their paws. £1.50 each.
