A city Sanitation worker was fatally injured Saturday evening at a Sanitation Department yard in Queens.
The worker was operating a sanitation truck at the yard on Douglaston Parkway near Grand Central Parkway, when he fell out around 5:43 p.m., according to police sources.
EMS arrived at the scene and pronounced him dead, cops said. His identity and details about what led to the fall were still unclear Saturday night.
