Trying to find a mid-week meal that’s quick, tasty and nutritious can be difficult, especially if you don’t enjoy cooking.
Pasta dishes are usually an easy option as they involve cooking pasta and adding sauce and other extras such as vegetables, meats, fish and cheese.
Nigella Lawson’s recipe includes just five ingredients and is from her cookbook, FEAST.
Nigella said of the recipe: “When my children were younger, this was always one of their favourite teas and is now one of their favourite suppers.
“It serves two or three children — double quantities for teenagers and above.”
Fans of Nigella who have cooked the recipe claim it’s “easy”, “delicious” and “amazing”.
One reviewer said: “Simply delicious! Everybody loved the meal, even my youngest, who is a bit fussy with food. Thank you for a wonderfully quick and easy recipe.”
Another wrote: “This is a nice meal when you’re short on time. A nice comfort food.”
