Nationwide’s banking app is reportedly experiencing an outage, leaving customers furious branding it a ‘disgrace’.
Customers began reporting the outage around 2am this morning, with no resolution reported thus far.
Writing on the platform Down Detector, the disgruntled customer said: “Its a disgrace and they don’t even offer any sort of compensation if you end up in the shot cos of their shoddy maintenance operations.” (sic)
They continued: “Its been over 5hrs so far.” (sic)
Another customer wrote: “Why is this bank always down? It’s seriously driving me mad now.”
