A 35-year-old motorcyclist is fighting for his life after he fell off a Queens bridge during an out-of-control crash, police said Thursday.

The victim was riding his Kawasaki onto the Cross Bay Veterans Memorial Bridge from the Rockaways towards Broad Channel when he lost control about 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, cops said.

He crashed and was thrown by the impact from his ride off the bridge ramp to the street below.

First responders found him sprawled on the ground near Beach Channel Drive and Beach 92nd St.

Medics rushed the victim to Jamaica Hospital, where he remained in critical condition Thursday morning.
