SIR Mick Jagger’s ex, and the mother of his son, Lucas, has revealed that she was taken to hospital and undergone emergency surgery.
Luciana Gimenez posted the update on her social media, as the model and TV star shared pictures from a hospital bed.

The 55-year-old ex-partner of Mick, who shares a 25-year-old son named Lucas with the star, told her 3.5million followers that she had to “undergo an emergency surgical procedure.”
Luciana gave fans the good news that “everything is fine,” and that she’s “recovering properly,” as she was seen in the photos in a neck brace.
She shared the doctor’s note online, and it read: “Luciana underwent emergency surgery to correct a herniated cervical disc.
“The procedure was performed by Dr. Alberto Gotfryd’s team at the Albert Einstein Israelite Hospital and was successful.”
Luciana admitted that she’d “enjoyed Carnival so much that now I have to make up for it,” referring to the time she’d spent at Rio de Janeiro Carnival.
She added: “There are times when we need to look after ourselves and receive the right treatment. I am in the hands of a great medical team. The important thing is that I’ll be back soon and full of energy.”
The star will undergo physiotherapy and will rest, to get her back to full health.
Luciana could be seen in a hospital gown and tights in the photos shared with her fans, as she was helped along as she walked down the corridor.
Her concerned fans flooded to the comments to send their well wishes as she recovers.
Model Luciana has described Mick in the past as a “wonderful dad,” and added: “He’s a very wise man and passionate about his kids.”
He famously had an affair with her behind his partner Jerry Hall’s back, which resulted in the birth of their now 25-year-old son.
Earlier this year, Sir Mick paid an emotional tribute to his “beautiful” ex Marianne Faithfull after the singer and actress died aged 78.
The Rolling Stones legend said he was “saddened” to hear of Marianne’s death in a statement posted on social media site X.
The rocker said: “She was so much part of my life for so long.
“She was a wonderful friend, a beautiful singer and a great actress. She will always be remembered.”
Jagger also shared four photos, including two black and white snaps of him with Marianne and two pictures of just her.
The pair dated for four years between 1966 and 1970 and were the ‘it’ couple of the 1960s British music scene.
Marianne claimed to to be the inspiration for the legendary Stones song You Can’t Always Get What You Want.
She Classic Rock Magazine in 2011: “I know they used me as a muse for those tough drug songs. I knew I was being used but it was for a worthy cause.”
