Michael Jackson tops Freddie Mercury and Elvis Presley in new poll

Some of rock music’s biggest stars died tragically young; becoming immortalised as legends of their craft.

This week, World of Statistics polled over 20,000 X users on “If you could, which musical artist would you bring back?”

The four options were Kurt Cobain, Freddie Mercury, Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson.

Nirvana’s frontman died at just 27, Queen’s singer at 45, the King of Rock and Roll at 42 and the King of Pop at 50.

And it turns out that MJ, who is getting a biopic next year, won the poll with 38.9 per cent of the vote.
