From around 180 yards, he flights his 8 iron right into the air and chases after it screaming for it to go.
Ohhh boy did it go! It pitches at the front of the green and releases out to leave himself 8ft for birdie on the penultimate hole!
Hole out!
It’s Patrick Reed who has holed out on the 17th to card a 2 on the par 4!
He’s up to -9, so not quite in contention with one to play – unless he does the same on 18!

DeChambeau in tree trouble down the right.
McIlroy taking 3-wood and will have seen that but also won’t want to go left. Many players have been blocked out there today.
He takes his 3-wood down the right side of the fairway and finds the short grass. It’s a long way in from there but at least he has a shot at it.
