Dejan Kulusevski talks
Manchester United are pressing ahead with deal for Atalanta star Dejan Kulusevski.
That’s according to Italian website Calciomercato, who claim United officials have held talks with Kulusevski’s agent to discuss the midfielder’s availability.
Kulusevski, who is enjoying a profitable loan spell with Parma, is reportedly available for £30million.
Inter Milan, Liverpool, Arsenal and Juventus are also said to be interested in the 19-year-old, who has scored three goals and provided five assists in 14 Serie A appearances.
Merih Demiral chase
Tottenham have joined Manchester United and Arsenal in the race to sign Juventus defender Merih Demiral.
Demiral, 21, joined Juventus from Sassuolo in July for £15million but has made just one appearance under Maurizio Sarri.
The Turkish international could be offloaded in January and there are plenty of admirers with the Premier League trio sniffing around.
The Sun claim Jose Mourinho’s Spurs have contacted the player’s agent about a possible transfer to replace Toby Alderweireld and Jan Vertonghen, who are out of contract at the end of the season.
Paul Pogba swap
Real Madrid are set to take their interest in Paul Pogba to the next step by making an offer of two players in return for the World Cup winning midfielder.
Spanish outlet Eldesmarque has claimed that the La Liga side are ready to put deals for James Rodriguez and Gareth Bale on the table as they try to convince Solskjaer and Ed Woodward to sell.
Both Rodriguez and Bale have fallen out of favour for spells under Zinedine Zidane as he puts faith in the younger duo of Rodrygo and Vinicius Junior.
The three-times Champions League winning boss has been open about his desire to bring Pogba to the Bernabeu since he returned to the club, and failed in an attempt to signing him in the summer.
Arturo Vidal latest
Manchester United have seen their chances of signing Arturo Vidal boosted by Barcelona boss Ernesto Valverde, who admits that he is open to allowing the Chile international leave the club in January.
Vidal joined the club from Bayern Munich in 2018 for a deal estimated to be just over £15million, but has seen his first-team opportunities limited this term.
Valverde has now opened up on Vidal’s future after claims that United have spoken to Vidal’s agent Fernando Felicevich emerged, and he has been honest over the player’s stance.
“Vidal is our player. We are happy with him. There are so many rumours. We will see tomorrow if he plays or not,” Valverde said. “And when the January transfer window arrives, we will see what happens.”
