The United skipper kept his cool twice from the penalty spot before firing in a third to send his side into the Europa League quarter-final.

It came after Sociedad skipper Mikel Oyarzabal had slotted his side in front after just 10 minutes with a penalty of his own.
United’s night was made easier in the 63rd minute when Jon Aramburu was sent off for the visitors after hauling down Patrick Dorgu when last man.
Dorgu also won the second penalty and could have won another but told the ref to overturn his decision.
