Man eats same meal every day for three years to stay fit – and says it's '10/10'

One man has discovered a meal so thrilling that he’s consumed it virtually every day for the past three years and he still savours every single bite.

Sean Casey, who posts on TikTok under the handle @scaseyfitness, described the lunch as “literally 10/10”. He further stated there are a few things in life he can’t do without and “two of them are wraps and air fryers”.

He asserted when you “combine the two of them together, something magical happens.”

He went on to say: “You see, I’ve consumed air-fried wraps almost every single day for the past three years, and it still never gets old that feeling of putting the wrap in the air fryer, taking it out, smelling it, slicing it down the middle and then the first bite, it’s truly a passion of mine.”

Sean detailed how he was going to “meal prep this week’s lunch” on camera, so people can see how he prepares a quick and tasty lunch each day that keeps him well within his fitness goals.

To start with, you need to put some “pre-cooked chicken” into a “massive bowl”. Then add your favourite vegetables Sean chose tomatoes and peppers because “they’re handy.”

Next, he added “light mayo” to the bowl, finishing it off “with some fajita seasoning.”

Once you’ve added everything to the bowl, you need to mix it all together so the mayo and fajita seasoning sticks to the chicken and veggies.

Once everything is combined, you’ll require some “light cheese and some spinach.”

After a “final mix” you’ll have a “high protein fajita chicken mix” and it’s “time to get this stuff wrapped up.”

He then demonstrated the optimal method for assembling the meal to prevent the filling from spilling out of the wrap when placed in the air fryer.

Placing a generous portion of the chicken mixture onto the wrap, he advised grabbing it from both sides. “Flip it over, push it down, and just hope for the best,” he explained as he tightly bundled it into a package.

“Now rinse and repeat that for all your wraps,” Sean directed, wrapping the four he didn’t intend to consume that day in foil to keep them fresh until they were ready for the air fryer.

He mentioned he would cook one to show viewers what it looked like and when it emerged, it appeared to be brimming with deliciousness. He stated it was so “convenient” to prepare, and could assist you in maintaining your health objectives.
