Another FA Cup quarter final success for Manchester City and they turn their attentions back to league duty.
Occupying fifth spot, it’s still remarkable to be saying City are in a battle for Champions League football.
But that’s where they find themselves and the task has been made so much tougher by Erling Haaland’s injury, set to keep him out for a period of time now.

They’re nine points adrift of safety and have showed very little signs of putting up any sort of fight to get out of it.
Just one win in 12 away from home – at Spurs – with a draw against fellow strugglers Ipswich in that run.
Their saving grace could be that Haaland injury, to avoid real embarrassment.
