Man, 30, shot to death in clash behind Brooklyn rowhouse



A 30-year-old man was shot to death in back of a Brooklyn rowhouse, police said Thursday.

Chad Lewars was shot multiple times in the torso during a confrontation behind a brick two-story home on E. 84th St. near Foster Ave. in Canarsie about 9:45 p.m. Wednesday, cops said.

Medics rushed Lewars to Brookdale University Hospital but he could not be saved.

There were no immediate arrests.

Lewars lived in St. Albans, Queens, according to cops.
