‘Making it look easy’ – Tom Brady feuls unretirement rumors again with secret Fox NFL Sunday game

TOM Brady looks like he’s still in shape for an NFL return.

This season will be Brady’s third since retiring from the NFL, but you’d never know it from a recent video on his Instagram.

In a video posted to his Instagram Story, Brady showed himself tossing footballs to members of the Fox NFL Sunday cast.

Brady, Rob Gronkowski, Julian Edelman, and Greg Olsen were all shirtless on the beach reliving their NFL careers.

“@gronk supervising @edelman11 playing horrible defense @gregolsen88 making it look easy,” Brady captioned the post.

It is good to see Brady getting along with Olsen after he joined Fox NFL.

Last year was Brady’s first season in the booth, but he notably took over Olsen’s spot in the top broadcast booth.

Olsen was moved down to the No. 1 team, much to the ire of some fans.

However, Olsen has insisted that he will return to calling big games one day.

He admitted in an interview that it is “hard to sit there and watch games that over the last couple of years you were preparing for” and that his “goal is to get back there.”

“I’ve called a Super Bowl once, I want to call them again,” Olsen told the Charlotte Observer.

“That should not be Earth-shattering, headline news for anyone. My aspirations of taking this from day one back in 2021 when I started to today have not changed. I want to call great games.

Tom Brady broke down in tears over fears he would have to be insurance salesman before NFL Draft pick by Patriots

“My personal aspirations are completely independent and disconnected from my relationship with Fox.

“My relationship with Fox, and Tom [Brady], and Erin [Burnett], and Kevin [Burkhardt], those are my friends and I want to see them succeed. My relationship with Fox is positive. They know where I stand. They’ve encouraged me to have high aspirations. They’ve encouraged me to try to be as good as I possibly can.

“So I think some of my comments about wanting to call top games, wherever that is and however that plays out, come across that I want to leave Fox and I hate Fox. That is not true.

“I’m on the record right now and I probably need to do a better job communicating… no resentment or animosity towards the people at Fox.”

NFL fans want to see Olsen back in the booth too, especially after he was nominated for a Sports Emmy this year.

What rules Brady must stick too

Here is a list of the rules Tom Brady must comply to…

  • Not permitted to be in another team’s facility
  • Not permitted to witness practice
  • Not permitted to attend broadcast production meetings, either in person or virtually
  • Prohibited from publicly criticizing game officials and other teams
  • Subject to the league’s gambling policy
  • Subject to the league’s anti-tampering policies, limiting him to “strictly social communication with members of other clubs”

They shared their desires for him to get back in a top booth and their congratulations on social media.

“Shows why you are better than Tom Brady in the broadcast booth,” one fan said.

“Congratulations Greg! Even though Tom took your spot, cream always rises to the top,” another fan said.

“You deserve it. Should have never lost your chair to Tom,” a third fan said.

“Congratulations Greg!! I enjoy your broadcasts. Still say you’re #1 color guy!!! Keep up the great work,” a fourth fan said.
