EASTER weekend isn’t stopping the sports schedule in the US, and major events are still taking place.
The MLB season is raging on and the playoffs are set to begin for two major sports.

On Friday, the NBA Play-In Tournament is coming to a close.
The Miami Heat will take on the Atlanta Hawks for the final playoff spot in the East on TNT.
Following that game, the Dallas Mavericks will play the Memphis Grizzlies for the last spot in the West on ESPN.
ESPN has a busy day on Saturday, with three first-round NBA playoff series kicking off.
The Milwaukee Bucks take on the Indiana Pacers at 1:00 pm ET followed by the LA Clippers at the Denver Nuggets at 3:30 pm ET.
ESPN is airing one final game at 6:00 pm ET between the Detroit Pistons and New York Knicks.
The final NBA Playoffs game of the night will air on ABC and features the Minnesota Timberwolves and Los Angeles Lakers at 8:30 pm ET.
TNT is taking over NHL Playoff duties on Saturday, with two series starting.
The St. Louis Blues take on the Winnipeg Jets at 6:00 pm ET and the Colorado Avalanche take on the Dallas Stars at 8:30 pm ET, all on TNT.
Easter Sunday is no exception from playoff action either.
ESPN and TNT will flip-flop their NBA and NHL duties for the holiday.
TNT is hosting the matchup between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the winner of Friday’s play-in game at 7:00 pm ET.
The network will follow that up with the Golden State Warriors at the Houston Rockets at 9:30 pm ET.
ESPN has three Easter NHL matchups to broadcast during the holiday.
The New Jersey Devils play the Carolina Hurricanes at 3:00 pm ET on ESPN and the Ottowa Senators play the Toronto Maple Leafs at 7:00 pm ET on ESPN2.

The second playoff matchup is on ESPN 2 because Sunday Night Baseball between the San Diego Padres and Houston Astros is being aired on ESPN.
The final matchup is between the Minnesota Wild and Las Vegas Golden Knights at 10:00 pm ET on ESPN.
While all of this playoff action takes place, WrestleMania will be raging on through Saturday and Sunday night.
Both nights start at 7:00 pm ET and stream on Peacock as a pay-per-view event.
The highlights from night one include the World Heavyweight Championship match between Jey Uso and Gunther and the Triple Threat Match between CM Punk, Roman Reigns, and Seth Rollins.
The main event for night two is the Undisputed WWE Championship Match between Cody Rhodes and John Cena.
