MAFS Australia stars Awhina, 30, and Billy, 31, have sparked romance rumours after hosting a joint viewing party – but it’s their partners who’ve caused the real drama!
Awhina and Billy threw a viewing party with their families, but it’s their troubled marriages that have got fans talking.
The pair were all smiles and appear to be celebrating with bottles of champagne as they playfully spray each other while their families cheered them on.
Billy’s wife Sierah and Awhina’s husband Adrian were caught up in a secret affair, and now whispers are swirling that Awhina and Billy have grown close.
Could the couple be the latest shock twist in the MAFS drama?
Fans of the show are rooting for them to be a couple, as they rushed to the comment section to show their support.
One said: “These 2 should have been paired together from the start. They are from the same state, similar morals, both extremely close to their families and both fun and just good people.”

This comes after Adrian broke his silence on the ‘cheating’ scandal after dinner party footsie fiasco with Sierah – and claims it’s all been blown out of proportion!
Fans were left outraged when the pair were seen playing footsie under the table and sharing kissy gestures while their partners, Billy and Awhina, sat unaware.
Adrian, 37, slammed the claims of infidelity, telling Daily Mail Australia: “If bumping feet under a table is cheating, then half the cast must be guilty! It’s ridiculous!”
While he admitted to hanging out with Sierah on a group outing, he stressed it was nothing more than a casual get-together – but acknowledged he should’ve invited his wife, Awhina.
Mafs couples that have stood the test of time
Loved-up Tayah Victoria and Adam Aveling of series six fame had the first Mafs baby.
The pair couldn’t keep their hands off each other on the programme and quickly found their feet in the outside world, moving into Adam’s Doncaster home.
Just 18 months after meeting, the couple welcomed their daughter Beau.
Season five couple Michelle Walder and Owen Jenkins also managed to make their marriage work away from the cameras and had their first child in December.
Teacher Michelle, 29, has no regrets about taking part in the experiment. She told us: “I just feel very lucky and thankful that it has worked out – and excited for everything to come.”
Michelle and Owen were both sick of dating apps when they applied in 2019.
Owen recalled: “I had been out for some drinks with a friend after work.
“While he was out for a cigarette I was scrolling on Instagram waiting for him to come back in.
“The MAFS advert was the last thing I saw, and I joked, ‘Wouldn’t it be funny if I signed up?’
“A few beers later when I was back at home I sent in the application, and the rest is history.”
Another couple to make Mafs UK history is Zoe Clifton and Jenna Robinson.
Despite a slight rocky start, where they clashed over Jenna’s vegan lifestyle, the show’s first same sex pairing are still going strong.
They even have a successful podcast together called Life With a Pod.
Jenna shed light on being involved in the show earlier this year when she told us: “We’re not legally married, and I never felt like we were. I definitely feel the process makes you take the relationship a lot more seriously and having the help of the experts… if you can survive that process it sets a firm foundation for a long-lasting relationship.”
Adrian opened up about his struggles with wife Awhina, claiming that she constantly put up “roadblocks” in their relationship, making it impossible to move forward.
Speaking candidly, he revealed he was “open to trying,” but Awhina kept throwing reasons why they wouldn’t work.
While Adrian acknowledged Awhina’s responsibilities as a mother, he defended his stance on becoming a stepfather, calling out those who branded him a “red flag.”
“It would be immature to say, ‘I’m ready to be a stepdad’ after knowing someone for just two weeks,” he said.
As tensions rise in the MAFS experiment, Adrian believes the truth will eventually emerge, with viewers seeing through the manufactured chaos to uncover his co-stars’ true colours.
