After returning back to England with his first Euro Tour title, Littler explained that he was not sure what Pietreczko had said to him after furiously shaking his hand in defeat, but that he knew a target was on his back.
“In that game, I just didn’t know what I did wrong,” Littler said. “I think, ever since I burst onto the scene, every player wants to beat me. Even my family and my manager have said I’ve always got to be on my A-game because anyone who plays me now, it’s a cup final for them.”
