LOVE Island star Gabby Allen has revealed she underwent a second boob job in December 2023 after facing complications linked to her lifelong battle with scoliosis.
Gabby, 33, first had breast surgery in 2017 but admitted she “ruined” the results by returning to exercise too soon, which caused her implants to shift.

The fitness fanatic said: “My boobs had bottomed out which means they had come out of the pocket that had been made for them to sit in.
“In 2023, I had my breasts done again.”
She later decided to have a second procedure after undergoing another major operation to remove ribs affected by her spinal condition.
The reality star was diagnosed with scoliosis at the age of 11 after her mum noticed her back was uneven during a family holiday.
Within months, her spine had curved dangerously to 95 degrees, leaving her at risk of permanent disability.
She was rushed into a gruelling surgery where metal rods, nuts, and bolts were inserted into her spine, and six ribs were removed.
Doctors warned her she could be left paralysed if she didn’t go through with the procedure – and afterwards she had to learn to walk again.
Despite the surgery being a success, her ribs eventually grew back, but inwards, affecting her chest shape and knocking her confidence further.
Gabby explained that her mother believes her spinal condition also stunted her growth by several inches, impacting her overall torso development.
She explained to OK!: “It was because of my scoliosis. My ribs on the back left side are wonky.
“They took them out and the ribs grew back – but inwards.
“I was unhappy with my breasts anyway, as I didn’t develop like someone usually would have.
“Mum’s always thought that it’s something to do with the fact I had stunted growth from the spinal operation – and that I should have been around four or five inches taller.
“She believes this had a detrimental effect on everything in my torso.
“The left side of my chest wall was pushed forward, making my breasts look even more uneven and knocking my confidence further.”
She now focuses on keeping her body strong to support both her spine and her implants, ensuring they remain in place.
Though she has learned to manage her scoliosis through fitness, Gabby admits the condition still affects her daily life.
However, she is finally happy with her appearance and loves how her new breasts look.
