Love Island: Will Joe go back in the villa? Will Joe return?

Love Island 2019 continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2. Last night saw two islanders dumped from the villa and Joe Garratt had to say an emotional goodbye to Lucie Donlan. Judging by how sad Lucie and Joe seemed, viewers are wondering if Joe will actually return to the villa in a shock twist. Here’s everything we know so far.

Will Joe go back in the villa? Will Joe return?

Last night, the public voted to save Lucie and Anton in the second dumping of Love Island.

All of the islanders had to vote for two couples they felt were the ‘least compatible’.

Lucie and Joe and Anton and Elma faced the public vote and only one islander from each couple could be saved.

Viewers chose to save Lucie and Anton which sadly meant Joe and Lucie were split up and Joe was dumped from the island.

There were mixed feeling towards Joe amongst viewers after the told Lucie he thought her close friendship with Tommy was “weird”.

Despite telling Lucie he will wait for her on the outside, viewers are curious to know if Joe will return to the villa at some point in the series.

An ITV spokesperson told that it was unlikely Joe would return to the villa.

They confirmed: “There are no current plans for Joe to return to the villa.”

Although Joe has now left the villa, this has not stopped bookmakers from taking bets on his return.

Ladbrokes currently has Joe to return at odds of 4/1.

In a teaser trailer for tonight, Lucie can be seen toying with the idea of also leaving the villa.

Lucie has a strained relationship with the girls in the villa and is a lot closer to the boys, particularly Tommy and Anton.

Last night, Lucie said she could not imagine living in the villa without Joe and called him her “rock”.

In the trailer for tonight’s episode, she can be heard telling fellow islanders she was unsure on whether to leave or not and was wondering what Joe would do if he was in her position.

At the moment at Ladbrokes, Lucie is at odds of 4/1 to walk out of the Love Island villa.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “Lucie looks just about set for leaving as far as we’re concerned and we wouldn’t be surprised to see that 2/1 shorten over the next 24 hours or so.”

He added: “Having once been among the frontrunners to go all the way in the villa, we reckon Joe and Lucie could well be reunited a lot sooner than first thought.”

However, some betting companies have Lucie and Tommy as the potential winning couple.

Tommy and Lucie are at odds of 10/1 to win Love Island 2019 at Sky Bet, Betfair and Marathon Bet.

Viewers will have to watch Love Island every weeknight and Sunday to find out what Lucie does next.

Who will win Love Island 2019?

So far, the favourite couple to win Love Island 2019 is Michael and Amber.

They are at odds of 13/8 to win at Skybet and at odds of 7/4 at Betfair and Paddypower.

So far, their relationship seems to be going from strength to strength, so there is a huge chance they could win.

The second favourites to win are Curtis and Amy at dos of 3/1 at Marathon Bet, Betfair and Royal Panda.

Curtis and Amy have been together ever since Curtis arrived in the villa alongside Tommy, so they could be potential winners.

Danny and Yewande are the third favourite couple to win Love Island at odds of 13/2 at Betfair, Betfred and PaddyPower.

Everything seemed to be going perfectly for Danny and Yewande, however in last night episode, Yewande expressed some doubts about Danny, so who knows what will happen next.
