Tonight’s edition of Love Island doesn’t let up on the drama as brand new bombshells Chris Taylor, 28, and 23-year-old Francesca Allen will be sweeping through the Majorcan villa only moments after a savage double dumping.
Last night’s edition of the ITV2 show already saw Danny Williams and Jourdan Riane voted out as the public’s least favourite remaining couple.
Yet as tears were shed, it wasn’t long before the islanders received another text declaring there was another dumping to come.
Once the remaining couples decide who should leave out of Lucie Donlan and George or Curtis Pritchard and Amy Hart, goodbyes are said and it’s time to focus on the new arrivals.
“I’ve got a text!” an excited Amber Griffiths declares. “Islanders, it’s time to meet your new arrivals.
“Please welcome Chris and Francesca to the villa.”
Immediately panicking over the news despite sitting right next to his current beau Belle Hassan, Anton cries: “F**k sake!”
Cheering her enthusiasm for the new additions, Anna grins at the drama unfolding around her but Molly’s “oh god” is slightly more subdued.
Anton continues to show his nerves however as he quickly begins spraying his mouth with breath freshener.
“Why is Anton getting so gassed?” a puzzled Michael asks. “Should Belle be worried?”
Despite the couple enjoying a romantic and hilarious date filled with goat milking and lovely fresh farmyard cheese in yesterday’s instalment, it looks like Anton might not be so set on Belle after all.
Will he make a move on Francesca? Coincidentally, the Essex clothing store manager has revealed out of all the boys Anton is her favourite, so there’s surely drama ahead.
Also in tonight’s episode, the islanders reason out which couple they should vote out of the show.
“One more couple will be dumped tonight,” boxer Tommy Fury reads. “The other couple will remain in the villa.
“Which couple stays and which couple is dumped will be decided by your fellow islanders.”
“Obviously you’re best friends with Curtis but we do need to think about both couples,” Molly-Mae Hague warns her new boyfriend.
“See I love Lucie, but like, she’s had an opportunity,” Michael shares with Joanna Chiminides.
Even more upset by the situation is basketball player Ovie Soko, who laments to Anna Vakili: “If George leaves, I’m basically by myself.”
Even Maura Higgins questions whether Curtis and Amy should stay despite her burgeoning feelings for the ballroom dancer.
“Obviously Curtis and Amy, they can’t really be living in the same place together,” she notes. “It’s awkward.”
Who will be voted out in tonight’s episode?
Love Island 2019 continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
